Ecospace was awarded the contract for their proven sustainability and unique design approach; their portfolio also complemented the developer’s proposed innovative housing project. The new marketing building serves as the first point of contact between a client and their project, and so its design and workmanship demanded a high level of consideration.
Ecospace designed the building specifically for the client’s requirements, incorporating a main exhibition & marketing space, a meeting room, and kitchen & toilet facilities. The building was designed, fully-fabricated off-site and delivered within a tight seven-week programme. Ecospace’s team went to great lengths to ensure the design captured the image the developers wanted to convey, while also offering maximum functionality.
