The reliable evaluation board is widely used in applications such as digital motor or machine control, packing mechanisms, UPS, VFC (variable frequency control) and electrical control. It uses an IPM module to protect the board from over-current, over-voltage and over-heating. GAO Embedded’s fast and reliable high voltage evaluation board consists of an EVM2812 board containing the DSP, a HVD or high voltage driver, and an IB2812 board serving as the interface. The fast evaluation board directly connects with one or two DC servomotors, AC asynchronous motors, AC permanent-magnet synchronous servomotors and/or stepper motors to form a digital servo motion control system. It provides an on-board 60W rebounding power switch to supply large current while ensuring a safe system. The practical evaluation board also offers a Hall Effect sensor to ensure the accuracy and isolation of current sampling and has a feedback interface for current, velocity or position feedback loop. In addition, it includes both a standard RS232 and a CAN communication interface for data change.
